SW 63 SE WENDRON WENDRON

4/423 House immediately south west of
- The New Inn

GV II


House. Circa late C18 or early C19. Granite rubble with some granite dressings.
Asbestos slate roof. Brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: Double depth plan. Probably slightly wider kitchen on the left; parlour on
the right flanking a cross passage leading to rear stair hall between 2 service
rooms. Later lean-to at rear left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical south-east front with doorway central to
the fenestration. Old panelled door. Circa late C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Original openings. Rear has probably original 16-pane horizontally sliding sashes to
first floor openings.
Interior not inspected.
