Outbuilding now an office. Mid C16, altered early C20. Timber-framed and
plastered, plain tiled roof. Two storeys, two timber-framed bays jettied to
south. C20 casement windows and door at ground floor. C20 staircase
replaces former external stair. One sealed diamond mullioned window of four
lights at east end of north wall. Side purlin roof with arch braced cambered
tie beam and collar to central truss.
