Small house. Early C19. Plastered probably cob walls. Gable-ended thatch roof. Brick stack at left-hand end. Plan: one-room wide, double depth, may originally have incorporated adjoining property to the right.

Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical two-window front of original 12-pane sashes on first floor, 16 panes sash to left on ground floor. Contemporary pilastered porch to the right with moulded cornice and flat roof. Original six-panel door behind.
