Public house, c.1800. Rendered rubble with slate roof. Double-pile plan. A
symmetrical composition of 3 storeys and 3 bays with chamfered quoins and
cornice with blocking course. Windows have glazing bars, those on the ground
and 2nd floors also being sashed. All have plain stone surrounds. The outer
bays have 2-storey canted bay windows. Door has plain stone surround. Gable
chimneys.
