Farmhouse. Circa late C18 early C19 with later additions whitewashed and rendered,
probably cob, with a hipped slate roof to the main range which has 1 large projecting
stack with set-offs with a brick chimney shaft to the right end and a stack with
brick chimney shaft to the left end.
The main range is a single depth 2-room plan with central stair hall. Rear left and
right service wings may be remodelled outshuts. 2 storeys. 3-bay symmetrical front
with central C20 gabled porch. Fenestration 16-pane sashes with horns, ground floor
left reglazed as a 4-pane sash.
Interior Ground floor right has a boxed-in cross beam and an early C19 panelled
dado, similar panelling to ground floor left which has a circa mid C19 marble chimney
piece. The panelling and fireplace are unusually smart for a small farmhouse.
