House. Dated 1910, for Christine Hamlyn. Colourwashed brick, gable-ended roof; ridge brick stack to left.

Plan : two principal rooms flanking a central entrance hall. Tudor style.

Exterior: two storeys, two window symmetrical front, two and three-light transomed wooden casements with square-paned leaded lights, small gables over first floor windows with brackets. Central circular window with first floor with square-paned leaded lights. Central segmental headed door opening with fanlight, central plank door with blank sidelights, two vertical friezes of carved wooden fruits from Oberammergau in Germany, large cambered wooden hood with lead capping on fretwork brackets. Three steps up to door, slate treads with half-round nosings. Right return facing seaward with a bay window of similar pattern, balcony on first floor on curling wooden brackets with ornamental wooden balustrade.
