14/136 The Cottage



House. Early C19, with some late C20 repairs. Brick with some timber-framing
under a tile roof. West front of two storeys, with two windows, both 2-light
casements under segmental heads. Ground floor has similar windows with entrance
to right of centre. It has a gabled tiled canopy over a segmental head, the C20
door is half-glazed. Right-hand gable has painted brick infill to timber-framing
of light scantling with a king-post roof truss. Included for group value.
