Cottage. Dated 1724 with C19 and C20 alterations. Slobbered, coursed rubble,
painted stone dressings, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, double fronted. Entrance
has plain surround and lintel with moulded panel, initials S RI

and date; c1970's glazed door. To left is C19 ground-floor window with plain
surround and c1970's casement. To right is smaller early C18 formerly 2-light
window with plain surround and mullion now missing; c1970's casement. 2 similar
windows on upper floor.
