4/14 Old Peake Farmhouse
II
House. C16 timber frame with early C18 cladding and wing, and minor C19 rear
extensions. Walls rendered on brickwork of English bond, four pilasters to the
front merging with a high plinth, 1st floor band: minor exposure of the frame:
some C19 brickwork at the rear. Hipped tile roof, catslide at rear. South
front elevation of two storeys, 1.1.1 windows, with set back elevation at the
west side. Casements. Plain doorways.
