Mid C19. 'Tudor' estate cottage, facing Beech Lodge across the access roadway. Two
storeys, 2 windows. Tile roof, elaborately-carved barge-boards, coupled diagonal flues
on a rectangular stack. Redbrick walling in Flemish bond, blue headers, red
herring-bone pattern within the gables, Dutch flat arches, plinth. Projecting
casements, with round-headed coupled lights and moulded cills. Gabled brick porch with
recessed herring-bone panels in the cheeks, a Tudor moulded door frame and boarded
door. Modern extension at the rear, but the 3 main elevations are original.
