House, once three, now two. C17 timber frame, with late C18, early C19 and C20 extensions. Walls of painted brickwork, some in Flemish Garden Wall bond, some flat and some cambered arches, the oldest part with exposed frame with brick infill. Tile roof, gabled and half-hipped. A small timber-framed house with taller C18 south wing, and even taller early C19 west wing: the original part of one storey and attic, the extensions of two storeys, with irregular fenestration. Casements. Plain doorways to Brook Lodge (formerly two cottages) and gabled porch to Weedon Cottage.
