Late C17 (1687), attributed to Sir Christogher Wren, but not likely.
Red brick and stone dressings. One lofty storey. Centre breaks forward
under pediment. Modillion eaves cornice, hipped tiled roof. 6 round-headed
windows, and central door with bowed pediment. Figure in enriched niche
over door, a statue of the founder by C G Cibbr 1692. Very fine garlands
over the windows. The interior contains a fine plaster ceiling panelling,
chandelier of 1729 and two Flemish tapestries.

All the listed buildings in College Street form a group.
