Shown on OS as Pont-faen.
House. Mid-C19. Rusticated stonework, tile roof. A Tudor-Gothic style.
Basically L-plan, 2 chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 gables to left,
recessed wing to right with reconstructed verandah on C20 stone pillars.
Two windows under 2 gables that to left larger, and projects slightly
forward of that to right; 2- and 1-light casements with Gothic glazing
to upper panes; ground floor: angled bay window with hipped slate roof to
left, to right a single light casement; all casements have square labels;
shaped barge boards to gables; right gable bears a blank shield. Entrance
to right in side of gabled portion, 6-panelled door, upper 3 with 2-centred
heads; service wing to rear has small turret with pyramidal roof and
weather vane.
