Barn. C17, extended in C18. Timber framed, walls of weatherboards, corrugated
iron and some concrete, roofed with corrugated iron. 4 bays aligned NE-SW with
midstrey to SE. 2-bay extension to NE, C18. C19/C20 farm buildings abutting.
The original building has jowled posts, cranked primary bracing, heavy
studding, arched braces to tiebeams replaced by bolted knees, raking struts from
tiebeams to principal rafters (some missing). The NE extension has unjowled
posts and primary straight bracing. One bay at the SW end retains the original
butt-purlin roof with 2 purlins in each pitch; the remainder is of clasped
purlin construction. The base of the NW wall has been concreted.
