House. Circa early C18 with C19 addition. Plastered rubble walls, possibly incorporating some cob. Gable ended thatch roof, rear outshut has slate roof. Two brick gable end stacks.

Plan: probably built as two-room plan with central passage, both rooms heated. C19 outshut added along rear of house. Modernised and re-fenestrated in mid C20.

Exterior: Two storeys. Regular three window front of mid C20 metal-frame two-light casements with small panes. C20 leanto glazed porch to right of centre with tiled roof. Doorway now disused and access is through rear addition.

Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
