3/13 Palthridge headstone approximately
9 metres south of Tower of Church
of St Mary

Headstone. Dated 1829 in memory of Anne Palthridge. Slate. Upright slab standing
approximately 750mm high. Its unusually shaped head contains an inscribed pattern
of calligraphic-like flourishes. The inscription of Roman serif upper and lower
case lettering records the death of Anne Pathridge in 1821. The back is signed by
N. Pearce.
