Yew Tree House including
boundary wall

C18 and later. Red brick, pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Dentil eaves
cornice. Rusticated corner pilasters. Sashes. Gauged brick arches over ground floor
openings. Central entrance with moulded doorcase and panelled door. Flat-roofed
dormer with casement. Later lean-to extension on left hand side. Shaped gables with
internal chimney stacks. Moulded string course on west gable. Central bank opening at
first floor level. Later facade on south side. Coped red brick boundary wall with
pilasters at north-east corner.
