Pair of cottages. Dated 1720. Rendered cob on stone footings; hipped asbestos
slate roof. Both 2-room, single depth plan, No.2 with a rear wing that is probably
later. End stacks.
Exterior: front: both 2 window ranges; C19 2- and 3-light casement windows to 1st
floor; 2- and 3-light casement windows to ground floor; No.4 with planked door. An
oval medallion beers date and the name E. Rooch.
Interior not inspected. Deeply chamfered ceiling beam to No.4.
