Cottage. Circa 1870-90, extended circa 1983. Plastered cob, rubble and brick; brick
stacks; thatched roof. Originally a 2-room plan house facing east with stacks
projecting from gable ends. Circa 1983 1-room extension on right (south) end
recessed from main front. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front to original cottage
of 2-light casements with glazing bars. Segmental brick arches to 1st floor windows.
Central plank door with vertical cover moulds and ornate strap hinges and C20 glass-
sided gabled thatch-roofed porch. 2-window extension of circa 1983. Plain carpentry
detail inside.
