- approximately 20 metres west of
Netherwill Farmhouse

Barn with attached horse-engine house attached. C18. Unrendered random stone
rubble. Bitumenized half-hipped slate roof. Symmetrical plan barn with central
opposing cart entrances, that to front has stone rubble porch with corrugated
asbestos canopy, with polygonal horse-engine house attached at right angles to front
left of porch. Originally open on 4 sides, 3 of the openings of the roundhouse have
been infilled with casement windows. King-post roof structure to barn.
