4/143 Tomb Chest 3 metres south of
- Parish Church

Tomb chest. C16/17. Volcanic trap. 2 moulded slabs, the lower slab moulded
cyma, recta rest on panelled chest, 3 panels to each side, and one panel to each
end containing a shield. The side panels may too contain shields but the
stonework is too weathered to be certain. Moulded base may lie immediately below
grass.
