GV II

House attached to Wickham Grange (q.v.). Early Cl9. Ashlar
limestone; ashlar chimney; concrete tile roof. Two-storey.
Front: 3-window fenestration, all chamfered mullioned with 2
narrow offset buttresses between. Three-light upper floor
casements with plain band above. Larger central 4-light ground
floor casement with hoodmould extended over buttresses, 3-light to
left, 2-light and doorway to right with C20 six-panel door.
Moulded parapet coping swept up at junction with Wickham Grange to
right. Two oval windows to west end gable. C20 single-storey
flat-roofed addition to west is not of special interest. Two
buttresses to rear; 2 blocked upper floor level door openings, one
with stone steps. Interior not inspected. Probably built as
weaver's house.
