II
Farmhouse. C17, altered C19, minor alterations late C20. Brick-
nogged timber framing, rendered wall, English-bond brickwork, tiled
roof. 'T' plan, main and cross wings 2 bays, 2 1/2 storeys. Front:
windows in main wing late C20; main post left end, ground floor to
right rendered, small window, 3-light casement; lean-to in angle,
single-pane window. Cross wing projects right, brick front:
single-storey gabled porch left, open end, over half-glazed door:
3-light casement to right, cambered rubbed brick arch. First floor
2-panel high timber-framing main wing, slight braces end posts to
wallplate, two 2-light casements. Three-light casement as ground
floor in gable cross wing; above, to loft, louvred opening,
cambered brick arch. External chimney on right return, tiled
offsets: right return timber-framed.
