Chest tomb C19. To the Rev. Samuel Warneford, philanthropist
rector of the parish, (q.v. The Retreat and The Church of St.
Lawrence) died 1855. Forest of Dean sandstone. Chest tomb in the
form of a sarcophagus within iron railing with urn finials at each
corner.
