2/14 Stable about 30 metres
south east of Painswick

Stable. Cl9. Cut squared limestone, stone slate roof to plain verges. West
front has flush central gable containing square louvred opening, below which is
plank 2-part stable door. Left of this a 2-light chamfer mullion casement and a
single light each to stopped hood, and to right are 2 single lights under a
common hood. Left gable has a 2-light casement set high, and back has a door in
gablet at mid level near the north and set at right angles to the small barn
(qv) and parallel with main barn (qv), forming with them a good group. The yard
is filled with later buildings not of special interest.
