Mid-late C19 estate building to Digswell House. One storey and attics in brick
with fish-scale tile roof. Windows have rectangular dripmoulds. One window to
the left breaks eaves while that to the right is in a gabled section which breaks
forward, 3-light casements. Door in angle beneath rectangular dripmould.
