House, formerly Lodge to Bedwell Park House. 1860 (date stone on
S side). Picturesque Gothic style. 2 storeys. Ground floor in
red brick with diaper patterning in black header courses. Flush
stone dressings to diamond leaded cross bar windows.
Weatherboarded upper floor, slightly jettied on thin wooden
brackets on right hand projection. Small and large gables with
cusped and pierced bargeboards. Boxed 3-light casement oriel
with tile roof to projection. Plain tile roof. External stack
on S flanked by similar gablets.
