Block of 3 houses. C17 or earlier, Nos. 4 and 5 brick fronted in early
C18, No. 3 in C19. Timber frame with brick infill at rear of No. 5.
Brick fronts now painted. Steep old red tile roofs with corbelled eaves.
A 2-storeys range facing W with small front gardens. 4 windows in all.
2-light flush casement windows with cambered arches. Earlier brick front
to Nos. 4 and 5 has corbelled eaves and floor band. No. 4 has one window
to each floor, door to RH, and large internal chimney near its N end.
No. 5 has 2 windows to each floor, door in middle, large internal axial
chimney in rear slope of roof at junction with a gabled 2-storeys rear
wing. Small S gable chimney and late S end lean-to extension. No. 3 has
one window to each floor and door on RH. Gabled trellis porches.
