Semi-detached pair of houses. c.1826. Built with Home Park Mill (not
listed) by John Dickinson for accommodation of workers in paper
production. Rendered flint and red brick. Half hipped tiled roof. 2
storeys and attic. 2 window front. Ground floor 16 pane and first floor
9 pane sashes, all recessed with segmental heads. Dentilled brick eaves.
Central ridge stack with an oversailing course. Lean-to outshuts set
back on returns with entrances. Small sashes in red brick attics.
Fenestration to rear as at front. Later extensions to rear. Interior not
inspected. This pair forms part of a planned group, symmetrically
arranged 2:4:4:2, Nos. 3 to 12 Home Park Cottages (q.q.v.). (W. Branch
