Earlier C18 exterior to C16 timber frame inn. Roughcast on
brick. Cement dressings. Mansard old red tile roof. 2 storeys
and attics. Central door with moulded architrave surround and
heavy brackets carrying renewed cornice hood. Mid C19 3-light
casement windows and 2-light box dormers. Coved cornice with
cyma recta. Mid C19 single storey extension on S with gable end
to road and sash window. Rear central gabled staircase tower and
C19 lean-to with pantile roof.
