C18, altered early C19. Red brick (probably reused from
Theobalds Park wall), yellow stock brick, modern rendered front.
Slate hipped roof and wide plain eaves. 2 storeys and cellar. 3
recessed 6/6-pane sash windows, 1st floor left hand pair with
thick glazing bars, and 3-window N and W elevations with similar
fenestration. C19 front square porch.
