House. C17, extended early C18 and early C20. Timber frame, red brick
nogging and extension. Tiled roof. 2 bays separately built with a rear
wing and C20 addition. 2 storeys. Timber framed bays have 1 and 3 light
C20 casements, horizontal sliding sashes to left. Exposed posts, rail,
studs and a curved brace. Cement rendered stack on gable end of earlier
bay. Lower gable to later left bay with a truncated end stack. Right end
stack where roof joins No. 18 (not listed). Left return: C20 entrance,
horizontal timber strips in brickwork. Queen struts to clasped purlin
roof. Early rear wing to right. Weatherboarded gable end with truncated
original stack. C20 wing to rear left with gable front. Interior not
inspected.
