2/27 Low Park Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Mid-late C18, raised and extended later. Coursed limestone
rubble; pantile roof; brick stacks. 3-cell, hearth-passage plan, with
baconry extension to left added. 2-storey, 2-window high end, with 2-storey
low end to right containing hearth passage entrance. 4-panel door under
divided rectangular fanlight. 3-light, small pane horizontal sliding sash
to right. 2 similar windows to left. First floor windows are similar under
heavy stone lintels. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and centre
stacks. To rear: round-headed, radial glazed staircase window under
voussoirs and keystone.
