Cottage. CI8 with modifications. Local stone cut and squared, brick to
North side; plain clay tile roof with plain boarded verges; brick end and
intermediate chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Brick and tile porch to
bay 1, 2 garage doors in tiled roofed projection bay-3; 3-light casement
window, 2-light over porch, that to bay-3 of earlier pattern.
