Barn and cowhouse approximately 35 metres to south-east of Bicton Farmhouse

Barn and cowhouse. Early-to-mid C18 and early C19. Coursed limestone rubble, weatherboarded timber-frame, and slate and graded stone slate roof. L-plan. Left-hand range of five framed bays with gabled loft entry to left, low double-doors to right and two ground floor boarded hatches to left; lean-to at left-hand end; gabled rubble mill projection to north-east, retaining pinion and some machinery. Right-hand range partially timber-framed, two end bays of rubble; two stable doors and two windows on ground floor, and lean-to filling angle of L to left.

INTERIOR: left-hand range with queen strut-trusses and staggered-purlin roof.
