Estate office. Circa 1900. Red brick. Machine tile roof,
sloping down at front over timber verandah. Single storey.
Square plan, the front 2 sides with rounded angle. Elevations
with narrow and wide casement windows. Door in angle. All
openings with roll-moulded brick frames. Verandah has
balustrade and baluster-like colonnettes. Brackets to eaves.
