GV II

Barn. Late C17 with later alterations. Weatherboarded timber frame
on uncoursed limestone rubble plinth; corrugated iron roof. Double doors
to left and right with 3 doors to centre. Interior. Framing visible;
square panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate with long straight tension braces.
Staggered single-purlin roof in 5 bays with raking struts from tie beams
to principal rafters, which are curved to first truss from left. Several
reused timbers throughout. Loft over right bay.
