Barns approximately 10 metres to south-west of Lower Farm House

Two barns, now disused. Late C17 with mid to late C19 addition to south-
east. weatherboarded timber frame on coursed limestone rubble plinth,
coursed limestone end walls to south-west; temporary polythene roof (July 1984).
seven framed bays with one framed bay addition to south-east to form L-plan;
carriageway through fourth bay from north-east. Framing: square panels
with tension braces. South-west front: boarded door to right; C19
lean-to to left with two windows and one boarded door. Interior:
queen-strut trusses with V-struts above collar; inserted late C19
machine-sawn king-post truss in second bay from north-east.
