Pigeoncote, now a summerhouse. Mid C18, converted late C19, with
C20 additions. Brick with dressed stone plinth and pyramidal
Swithland slate roof. Single storey, single bay, square plan.
To west, mid C20 lean-to open shelter over chamfered brick
doorway with hood mould. Above, on each side, a timber framed
gabled dormer with thick glazing bar fixed lights and louvres.
Above, a square timber framed cupola with clock to west face and
thick glazing bar fixed lights to the other faces. Topped by an
ogee leaded cap on shaped brackets, with finial and iron wind-
vane. Interior has brick nest boxes and elaborate clock
mechanism and bell. Cross-framed roof with king post trusses.
