Cottage and House. Late C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston
slate roof with two moulded stone central ridge stacks and buff brick end stacks.
Stone coped gables. 2½ storeys of five 2-light casements. On ground floor: from
left: 3-light stone mullion window, 6-panelled cambered door with bracketted
canopy, and five casements: two 2-lights, 1-light, 3-light and 2-light. 2-light
dormer on roof to left. Door to no. 30 in extension on left end. Inglenooks
and beams inside.
