Two attached houses. C18, datestone to first floor of Brookside House: "C S H 1754". Coursed and squared rubble,
pantile roof in 2 distinct halves, coped verges, one rendered and 2 brick stacks. In 2 sections, 2 storeys, 3:2 bays,
2-light moulded stone mullioned windows to first floor, conforming 3-light windows on ground floor. Central door
opening to left half, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed, stone slab hood on console brackets; door opening to right
half, panelled door, transomlight. Interior of Brookside House with coeval cupboards; fireplace with broad wooden
bressumer.
