House. Late C18 - early C19. Roughcast, C20 concrete interlocking tile
roof. Double-depth plan, 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door below
fanlight with decorative glazing bars. Ground-floor windows: 16-pane sashes
of crown glass, with ashlar sills. First-floor windows: 12-pane unequally
hung sashes with ashlar sills. Ashlar coping. Brick end stacks. M-shaped
roof.
