Rectory. Mid C18 with part of earlier rectory of C1600 remaining behind. Ashlar
with corbelled parapet and first-floor band. Pantiled roof with stone copings
and end chimneys, two gabled dormers. Two storeys and attic, 3 bays. Sash windows
with glazing bars. Central six-panel door with patterned fanlight in pedimented
doorcase with fluted pilasters. One-storey extensions right and left. Interior:
Handsome staircase to first floor level(reproduction to attic) with cut string,
2 turned balusters to a tread, ramped handrail with spiral curtail on fluted newel.
Older part shows a large, elliptical-arched stone fireplace with keystone and
moulded imposts; also a substantial side-purlin roof.
