House. C17, with C19 alterations. Timber framed, brick infill panels some of which are rendered, brick replacement walling, tiled roof, brick stack to rear main ridge at centre. Hall and cross-wing type plan; three bay hall range and two bay cross-wing. Single storey and attic with dormer.

Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate; short, straight braces in upper panels of main range, long straight braces in lower corners of cross-wing gable ends; queen strut trusses with three struts to collar and 'V'-struts in apex at gable ends.

Front elevation facing south: main part has a ground floor casement in left bay, a gabled dormer and casement and two planked doors; cross-wing gable end has a casement in central panel beneath tie-beam and pierced, shaped bargeboards. Mullioned window in angle with main part.

Interior: Single, trenched purlins and queen strut trusses; cross-wing only floored to rear bay; winder staircase in central bay of main part.
