Cottage, house and stable under one roof. Late C18. Rubble, stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, 1:2:2 first-floor openings. Cottage to left: quoins to
left; to right, board door with deep lintel; in centre, 2-light casement
window, and to its left, 2 blocked single-light windows at different levels;
first-floor window opening; derelict and roofless at time of resurvey and trenched
rafter roof trusses visible. House, in centre: quoins. Central board door; 2-
light casment windows with slab lintels. Stable, to right, partly absorbed
into house: on ground floor, C20 three-light window in position of former
external steps, blocked segmental-arched cart-shed opening; first-floor
board door and 2-light window. Stacks at ends of house, that to right in
brick. Interior of house: to left, parlour fireplace has ashlar surround
with pilaster capitals; to right, C18 ashlar kitchen fireplace with cyma
reversa corbels supporting lintel; stop-chamfered beams.
