Mid C19 row of prominently sited houses. No 1 alongside Govier's Lane breaks forward
from remainder of Terrace and is probably earlier. Stucco, hipped slate roof. Three-
storeys. Two-storey angled bay windows to front, sashes with glazing bars. Oriel
window on brackets at second floor to Govier's Lane, sashes with glazing bars.
Nos 2, 3 and 4 stucco, slate roofs with deep eaves, brick chimney stacks. Two-storeys.
Rusticated quoins. Nos 2 and 4 have 3 window fronts, No 3 has 2 windows. Sashes
with glazing bars, voussoirs and keystones. Central semi-circular arched doorways
with panelled doors.
