Former village school, now a dwelling. Circa 1850. Single-storey: adjoins the former schoolhouse to the north. Black knapped flint and white brick: black glazed pantiled roof with pierced and fluted bargeboards to gable. 3 irregularly-spaced windows along the west side, and 2 in the gable-end, all in the same style: 2-light small-paned casements with a semi-circular arch above and a separate rectangular light below, set into surrounds of rusticated white brick; in spite of the matching style, there is indication of alteration, especially in the gable wall.
