House. C17 and C18. Timber framed with wattle and daub, faced in
brick. Rear outshut in flint with brick dressings. Single storey
and attic, 2 bays with gable fireplace, extended by third bay to
east also heated. Entrance now in C20 porch on west gable of
single storey outbuilding. C20 leaded windows and one flush dormer
to main bay.
Interior has framing with corner braces. Chamfered spine beam to
living room with ogee stops. Chamfered fire lintel, the jambs
reclad in brick. Inner room has inserted angled corner fireplace
and oven to rear within the outbuilding. Outshut now contains
kitchen.
