Cottage. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber framing with
rendered infill; thatch roof; brick ridge stack. Two-unit plan. Single storey
and attic; 2-bay range. Central half glazed C20 door to C20 porch. Irregular
fenestration of casements. Hipped roof. Dormers to rear. Interior: Original
fireplace to ground floor right. Chamfered spine beams with ogee stops to ground
floor. Queen past roof trusses to attic, most common rafters and wind braces
survive.
