Farmhouse. C16 origins, altered and extended in C17. A long main range, in
more than one phase, with later wing set forward to right. Timber framed,
roughcast-rendered. Pantiled roof with glazed black tiles to the front
slopes. 2 storeys and attic. Main range has 3 windows: C18-C19 casements to
first floor, 2 small-paned sashes and one C20 casement to ground floor. Lobby
entrance with C19 half-glazed door, architrave, frieze and cornice. Internal
stack; gable stack to right. Victorianised interior, the main components of
the frame only visible at first floor level. Ground floor layout altered.
C17 roofs with clasped and stepped butt purlins, much renewed in general.
Newel stairs.
